We are happy to receive donations by cash, cheque or e-transfer to spl@prl.ab.ca throughout the year and will provide an income tax receipt for any direct donations made to the library.
We are also happy to accept donations to the Library via ATB cares. Each year ATB matches 15% of every dollar donated to Alberta-based charities to a total of $240,000 per fiscal year. Not sure if matching dollars are in effect: Look for a banner that says "MATCHING OFFER" on the right hand side of our profile page.
Donations to the library are also possible via Canada Helps, an organization that has been informing, inspiring and connecting Canadian charities and donors for 21 years!
Donations of current materials in good condition such as books, movies, and music are also welcome. What we cannot put to use in the library will be sold at the Stettler Friends of the Library Society's book sale held in April and August each year. Are you interested in joining our Friends?
