Volunteer Opportunities

Library Helper

Duties include:

• Re-shelving materials
• Using lists to retrieve items
• Shelf reading
• Tidying shelves

Requires:

• Ability to do light lifting and bending
• Knowledge of the Dewey Decimal system.

General Volunteer

Duties could include:

• Helping at special events
• Becoming a member of the Friends of the Library.
• Requires a willingness to help at the library.

General Volunteers commit to helping on an as needed basis, for as much time as they are willing to offer.
