Library volunteers provide valuable support and assistance in the organization and upkeep of the Didsbury Library. Volunteers also enhance Library services and make a meaningful contribution to the operations of the Library.

Steps to Becoming a Volunteer
- All prospective volunteers must complete a volunteer application. Volunteers must be at least 13 years of age. Volunteers under the age of 18 require the signature of a parent or guardian. Volunteer application forms may be filled out digitally and emailed to the Didsbury Library, or a print version may be filled out and dropped off at the Library during our hours of operation.
- The Volunteer Coordinator will hold an initial interview with each prospective volunteer.
- Prospective volunteers will be provided with an orientation session to become familiar with the Library and its policies and procedures.
