Chairperson shall cast a vote in the event of a tie. A quorum shall be no less than four members of the board.
Board meetings shall be held the second Thursday of each month.
The November meeting will be the budget meeting. There will be a presentation by the Treasurer of a budget for the coming year. The Annual Meeting will be held in May. The Treasurer's comprehensive financial statement and the Library Clerk's Annual Report will be presented .Officers will be elected at the AGM and will assume their duties with immediate effect.
