 Cremona Municipal Library cards are FREE to any person living in the Village of Cremona or Mountain View County. To register for a library card, stop by the library and inquire with staff, or register online using the form below. Any person less than 14 years old requires a parent/ guardian to apply for them or written permission from a parent/ guardian.

Acceptance of Responsibility

By using the Cremona Municipal Library, you accept the following rules and responsibilities:

• I understand that the Library provides open access to a broad range of resources and that it is my responsibility to judge for myself and for my children/ minor dependents what resources are appropriate for my/ our personal use.
• I understand that I am solely responsible for all materials checked out on my account, or on the accounts of my children/minor dependents, and will be responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or damaged items.
• I will advise the library of any changes in personal information.
• I will comply with all Library rules, bylaws and policies.
