The Stettler Public Library offers free access to computers with high-speed internet. The computers are available on a drop in basis, however, be aware that weekdays after 3 can be a busy time. Guests are provided with 60 minute sessions and library staff can grant you additional time, if there are no people waiting for access. From our computers you can print documents for $0.35/per page for B&W or $0.50 for colour.
We also offer free WiFi in the library, so bring your own device and you can work, surf and download materials directly from your device in the library.
Staff are able to provide assistance to you on the computers, however ask that you call the library to book an appointment if you require more in depth assistance. Staff are happy to help you navigate the online world and standard office software free of charge.
As well, we do have a bookable computer/exam writing room in the library. If you need a private workspace to take an online course or to write an exam, call 403-742-2292 to book the room. If you would like us to supervise your exam there is a $20 invigilator/proctor fee.
